Crossroads Ranch II
Prescott, Arizona
Crossroads Ranch II is located approximately 20 miles northwest of Prescott, Arizona, and a bit south of the oldest and largest cattle ranch in Arizona. Cattle still graze on the open rangelands in and surrounding Crossroads, where the elevation ranges from 4700 to 5280 feet.
Our community is comprised of over 250 single-family parcels, most with a minimum size of eight acres, many around 40 acres, some over 100 acres. Currently there are 137 improved lots with homes, about 250 full-time residents, and 20 part-time.
Crossroads Ranch II has a Property Owners Association run by a dedicated Board of Directors and committee members who work hard to keep the community a great place to live.
Those of us who live in Crossroads Ranch enjoy the beauty of the natural landscape, the dark skies, and abundant wildlife. It is the goal of the Board of Directors and the Architectural Control Committee to balance the needs of all property owners to preserve our sense of community, be responsible stewards of the land and wildlife, and to protect the aesthetic value of this place we call home.
An overview of how our community works can be found here. It is important for property owners and prospective owners to know how Crossroads Ranch is organized, and to read and understand the CC&Rs and Architectural Guidelines.
